| specifications︰ | We produce and export filter paper pleating machines. The pleating height of filter paper is adjustable by changing Pleating rollers. This kind of machine is of roller type. It's equipped with automatic pre-splitter (for different pleating width at the same time), pleating system, electric (after) heater system, automatic counter system. According to customer's demands, main machine, supplement part (for Transferring the paper), working platform, decoiler (paper roll holder) can separately be ordered.
Note: 1. The pleating height of filter paper is available: 8mm - 60mm. Different pleating height needs different Pleating rollers. One Pleating roller can do one pleating height. This machine is equipped with one requested pleating roller. If needed, more rollers can be ordered. 2. Pleating speed is adjustable: 8mm/min - 40mm/min 3. The machine has electric (after) heater: Output = 2.6KW Temperature adjustable 0°C - 250°C 4. This machine can be made as customer's requirements. |
